S.L. 545.1 ст. 56Introduction of articles other than coins in meter.

If any article other than coins for which the meter is calibrated, and of which the value is stamped thereon, is found to have been introduced through the slot of a pre-payment meter, or if there are indications that an attempt to introduce such articles has been made, the consumer shall be liable to make good any damage that may have been caused to the meter thereby, and to the payment of the amount found to have been shortpaid. The Chairman shall, in addition, have power to suspend the supply of current for any period.
