S.L. 545.1 ст. 74Generation of electricity under licence and fees in respect thereof.

The following annual charges shall be made for the issue and renewal of a licence for the use of generator sets granted under the Regulator for Energy and Water Services Act:

standby and working generators:

of a capacity of 15 KVA and over - €116.47 per annum;

of a capacity under 15 KVA - €23.29 per annum.
