S.L. 545.17 ст. 28Obligation of non- discrimination between operators.

The holder of an authorisation to carry out the activity of an importer and, or wholesaler of petroleum cannot discriminate between operators solely on the basis of any particular method or technology of distribution of petroleum to the public, if the aforementioned method or technology is of a good and safe service to the public.
