(1) The title of these regulations is the Quality of Fuels

Regulations.

(2) The scope of these regulations is to regulate the quality of fuels available in Malta and to transpose Directive 93/ 12/EEC,

Directive 98/70/EC, Directive 1999/32/EC, Directive 2003/17/EC,

Directive 2005/33/EC, Directive 2009/30/EC, Directive 2012/33/ EU and Directive 2014/77/EU.
