S.L. 545.24 ст. 16Periodic inspection.

(1) Electrical installations, including the earthing system, shall be periodically inspected and tested by an authorised provider or a warranted electrical engineer, as the case may be. The owner of the electrical installation shall ascertain that this installation is so tested.

(2) The authorised provider shall recommend to the owner of the electrical installations the frequency of the tests in sub-regulation (1).
