S.L. 549.104 ст. 2Receivables and rights, liabilities and obligations to be assigned to Planning Authority. Cap. 552.

As from the 4th April 2016 all receivables and rights, liabilities and obligations of the Malta Environment and Planning

Authority shall be assigned to and continue to have effect with regard to the Planning Authority as if made under the Development

Planning Act.
