S.L. 549.19 ст. 3Regulator for Energy and Water Services established as the competent authority in Regulations relating to indirect discharges.

The Regulator for Energy and Water Services is hereby established as the competent authority with respect to indirect discharges referred to in the following regulations made under the

Environment Protection Act:

(a) the Pollution caused by Certain Dangerous Substances discharged into the Aquatic Environment Regulations;

(b) the Limit Values and Quality Objectives for Hexachlo-

rocyclohexane Discharges Regulations;

(c) the Limit Values and Quality Objectives for Mercury

Discharges by Sectors other than the Chlor-Alkali Electrolysis Industry Regulations;

(d) the Limit Values and Quality Objectives for Mercury Discharges by the Chlor-Alkali Electrolysis Industry Regulations;

(e) the Limit Values and Quality Objectives for Cadmium

Discharges Regulations; and

(f) the Limit Values and Quality Objectives for

Discharges of Certain Dangerous Substances into the Aquatic Environment Regulations.
