Appeals before the Tribunal, to challenge a decision, act or omission related to any matter regulated under these regulations, shall be applicable to all aggrieved persons including interested third parties referred to under the Environment and Planning Review Tribunal Act, and shall be made in accordance with the relevant rules and procedures laid down under the same Act.
