(1) In accordance with the provisions of the Flora, Fauna and Natural Habitats Protection Regulations, the competent authority may, in consultation with the Board, issue management plans for the Park.

(2) The competent authority, with the assistance of the Board, shall supervise the implementation of the management plans which shall be implemented by the managing organisations.

(3) Without prejudice to the provisions of sub-regulations (1) and (2), the Board shall act as a contact point between Government, stakeholders and the managing organisations for the implementation of the management plan.
