S.L. 549.63 ст. 22After-care obligations.

The competent authority may issue a permit subject to such conditions and obligations as it deems necessary, including after-care obligations, and the provision of a suitable financial assurance to be made within a stipulated period by the applicant in favour of the competent authority.
