For the purposes of these regulations, the control of shall be in accordance with the provisions of the Sturnus vulgaris framework laid down by the Conservation of Wild Birds (Framework for Allowing a Derogation for the Control of Birds in the Interest of Air Safety) Regulations and the Wild Birds Regulations.
