S.L. 552.12 ст. 24Fee and prior on the request for Fee and the fees due

When an application, relative to which a Development Permit Environment Fee in excess of 2,000 euro was required and paid, is withdrawn to it being decided and a new application is submitted by the same applicant same site within three months from the date of submission of the withdrawal of the original application, 40% of the Development Permit Environment Fee paid in the original application shall be deducted from in relation to the new application.
