The provisions of this Order shall have effect in relation to

Classes 3C, 5A, 5B and 5C only where the use from which the change is to be made to another use within the same Class has been permitted by a specific grant of a development permission made after the coming into force of this Order or of the Development Planning (Use Classes) Order, 1994.*
