S.L. 552.20 ст. 4Transitory provision.

In the interim period between the 4th of April 2016 and the date of the coming into force of regulations for the regularisation of existing development, the Planning Commission (Development Permissions) may delegate any other type of development permission application to be dealt with by the Development Commission (Regularisation Permissions) to ensure an efficient process for the determination of development applications.
