(1)(a) All new development should be provided with a water reservoir to store and re-use rainwater run-off from the built up area and having a volume that is established in

Technical Guidance Document F - Conservation of Fuel, Energy and Natural Resources (Minimum Requirements on the Energy Performance of Buildings Regulations, 2006) and any subsequent revisions.

(b) Every water reservoir shall be connected to a pump where the extraction of water so requires.
