S.L. 552.22 ст. 7Inspection.

It shall be lawful for any official duly authorised by the

Executive Council, in the course of or after the completion of the work, to inspect the structure in order to ascertain whether the work, both as regards the materials used and the mode of its execution, conforms to the provisions of these regulations. The Executive Council may, where necessary, request the assistance of the Police and obtain a warrant authorizing the use of force, for access.
