S.L. 566.3 ст. 5Methodology.

It shall be the duty of the Scientific Committee in exercising its functions to adopt a scientific methodological approach of the recommendation through the use of the following methods:

(a) qualitative analysis through use of focus group meetings;

(b) evidence-based research and reports;

(c) comparative research; and

(d) quantitative analysis through the use of statistical instruments.
