S.L. 575.1 ст. 6Refusal of application.

The Accountant General may refuse to accept an application form for Retail Savings Bonds if:

(a) the application form is not completed in full; or

(b) the application is not signed by the eligible investor or his curator or a person acting under a valid power of attorney to purchase and sign on behalf of an eligible investor; or

(c) the requested supporting documentation is not submitted in time.
