S.L. 575.4 ст. 16Protection of third parties’ rights.

Nothing contained in regulation 15(1) and (2) for the protection of the Accountant General shall operate to prevent the recovery by any holder/s or his/their representative/s or his/their beneficiaries of any money lawfully due to the holder/s from the person/s to whom that money was paid by the Accountant General or under his direction or affect the rights of any holder/s or his/their representative/s or his/their beneficiaries may have in respect of Malta Government Stocks against a third party.
