S.L. 575.4 ст. 8Prior notice of issuances.

(1) The Accountant General shall announce the issuance around ten (10) days before the opening of applications through the offering circular containing the terms and conditions specifically related to that issuance. The offering circular will be published on the Treasury Department website and in the Gazette and shall include:

(a) the amount of Stock(s) to be issued;

(b) the identity of each individual Malta Government Stock on offer;

(c) the disclosure of the method of issuance, that is:

(i) either through a competitive auction only; or

(ii) a combined issuance composed of two elements namely,

(A) non-competitive at a pre-announced fixed price for up to a specified amount per person intended for the retail segment; and simultaneously

(B) by competitive auction; and

(d) coupons.

(2) The price guidance, or pre-announced fixed prices, are normally fixed closer to the opening date of applications itself.
