S.L. 583.5 ст. 8Controlled skill games.

The Authority may issue a ruling or other binding instrument determining that a game is a controlled skill game if the Authority deems it necessary and, or desirable in line with the governing principles and in furtherance of the regulatory objectives established by the Act, and on the basis of the considerations listed in the Sixth Schedule.
