(a) The Authority may at its discretion appoint an independent certified architect and, or surveyor to perform an audit of a proposed controlled gaming premises to verify the declaration required in terms of regulation 14(2)(q).

(b) The Authority may at its discretion appoint an independent certified architect and, or surveyor to perform an audit of a controlled gaming premises to verify its continued adherence to the requirements of this Part.
