S.L. 586.1 ст. 16Request that the Commissioner exercise his enforcement functions.

Where it is alleged that any of these regulations have been contravened, the Authority or any aggrieved person may request the Commissioner to exercise his enforcement functions in respect of that contravention: Provided that nothing in this regulation shall be interpreted as a limitation on the discretionary powers of the Commissioner.
