S.L. 595.20 ст. 4Minister responsible for Agency.

(1) The Minister responsible for the Agency shall be the Minister who is assigned the responsibility for research and innovation or such other Minister so assigned for such purpose by the

Prime Minister.

(2) The Permanent Secretary in the Ministry responsible for the Agency shall supervise the Agency in accordance with the provisions of article 29 of the Public Administration Act:

Provided that the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry responsible for the Agency may be assisted in such supervision by another Permanent Secretary in accordance with the provisions of article 14(6) of the Public Administration Act.
