S.L. 601.3 ст. 107Consent of the Director.

The prior written consent of the Director shall be required whenever the authority responsible for the tendering process wishes to carry out a procurement process through a design contest, a framework agreement, an innovation partnership or a restricted procedure. In approving the use of these procedures the Director may impose any condition he may deem appropriate for the correct execution of the said procedure.
