S.L. 601.3 ст. 128Innovation partnership.

(1) Upon being requested by the contracting authority the

Director may, subject to any conditions he may deem fit to impose, approve in writing the use of the innovation partnership procedure.

(2) This request must be supported by documents demonstrating that the need of the contracting authority cannot be met by purchasing products, services or works already available on the market.
