S.L. 601.3 ст. 252Refusal by the Director.

If the Director refuses to give his approval for a request for modification, the contracting authority shall execute the contract as issued in the procurement documents:

Provided that where this is not possible the contract is to be terminated and a fresh procurement process be carried out in line with what is established under these regulations.
