S.L. 601.3 ст. 42Contract notices.

(1) Contract notices shall be used as a means of calling for competition in respect of all procedures, without prejudice to the provisions of regulation 150.

(2) Contract notices shall contain the information set out in Schedule 9 part C and shall be published in accordance with regulation 44.
