S.L. 601.5 ст. 124Use of the negotiated procedure without prior publication.

(1) Upon being requested in writing by the contracting entity, the Director may, subject to any conditions he may deem appropriate to impose, approve the use of the negotiated procedure without prior publication for public works contracts, public supply contracts and public service contracts as specified in the following regulations.

(2) The request made by the contracting authority must duly substantiate the need for the negotiated procedure.

(3) The Director shall not allow the use of this procedure in any other cases than those referred to under this Part.
