Any party who feels aggrieved by a decision taken by the Public Contracts Review Board may appeal to the Court of Appeal as constituted in accordance with article 41(1) of the Code of

Organization and Civil Procedure by means of an application filed in the registry of that court within twenty calendar days from the decision on which that decision has been made public.
