S.L. 627.3 ст. 25Harmonised standards and technical specifications for other legislation.

Conformity with harmonised standards and technical specifications or parts thereof which are adopted in accordance with regulation 15, shall create a presumption of compliance with regulation 24 in so far as those standards and technical specifications or parts thereof meet the accessibility requirements of these regulations.
