S.L. 65.11 ст. 76Major road.

A major road is one where all traffic going over it has the right of way, and traffic on all other roads converging into it shall give way to that on the road referred to above, provided, however, that the driver of any motor vehicle whether on a major or minor road shall at all times exercise due care and shall take all necessary precautions at any road junction.
