S.L. 65.19 ст. 34Exceptions.

The Authority may grant exceptions from the application of the provisions of regulations 19 to 33 to road haulage operations carried out in exceptional circumstances, if such exceptions do not seriously jeopardise the objectives of these regulations. In urgent cases it may grant a temporary exception for a period not exceeding thirty days.
