S.L. 85.10 ст. 4Documents to be produced by exporters.

(1) Not later than twenty days after the date of the completion of loading, the exporter of any potatoes shall produce to the Director a statement containing the following details:

(a) the name of the exporting vessel;

(b) the date of completion of the loading operation;

(c) the weight loaded, and the number of bags, packages or other containers;

(d) the name and address of the brokers, together with the weight obtained through each broker.

(2) Any such statement shall have attached to it lists signed by brokers showing the names and addresses of, and the weight supplied by, each grower of the potatoes being exported.
