S.L. 9.19 ст. 10Execution after issue of certificate.

Where a certificate has been issued by the Attorney

General under regulation 8, and without the need of any further authority other than the authority conferred by this regulation, the decision on supervision measures shall be transmitted to the courts of criminal jurisdiction for execution.
