Whosoever shall wilfully obstruct, resist, threaten or otherwise give misleading or false information to the Director

General or to an authorised officer in the exercise of any of the functions mentioned in article 15, or wilfully fails to assist or comply with any requirement lawfully made by such officer, shall be guilty of an offence under this Act.
