Nothing contained in the Professional Secrecy Act shall be construed as precluding or otherwise restricting the Director

General, or any public officer duly authorised by the Director

General in terms of article 17, from communicating to the consumer, whose complaint regarding such matter has been investigated, information concerning findings related to such matter directly resulting from such investigation.
