Auf Grund der §§ 28, 29, 31, 32, 35, 37, 38, 47, 49, 50, 51 und 52 des Luftfahrtgesetzes, BGBl. Nr. 253/1957 , wird, hinsichtlich der §§ 8 bis 10, 27 Abs. 5 und 166 dieser Verordnung sowie des Anhanges I im Einvernehmen mit dem Bundesministerium für soziale Verwaltung, verordnet:
