The said Anglican Church is, in virtue of this Ordinance, likewise vested with the right of ownership over a portion, and the dominium utile over the other portion, of the lands situate in

Sliema, between the said Ridolfo Street and Tonna Street, which, by a deed dated the eighteenth of February eighteen hundred and seventy-three, received by the said Notary George Domenico Page, the late Bishop Charles Amyand Harris, then in possession of the said See of Gibraltar, had purchased with his own money and of which he had made a donation to the same See.
