Cap. 19 Art. 6Powers vested in BishopofGibraltar exercisable by Anglican Bishop.

Any right or power which, by virtue of either of the deeds of donation mentioned in articles 3 and 4, was vested in or granted to the Bishop of Gibraltar for the time being, is hereby transferred to the Anglican Bishop for the time being, who by mandate or other act of the competent authority, may be authorized to exercise episcopal functions within buildings situate in Malta and destined for Divine Service according to the rites of the Anglican Church.
