Cap. 33 Art. 19Sale of gunpowder in street or to children prohibited.
PART I
No person shall sell or expose for sale gunpowder or other explosives in any street, nor shall any person sell or give gunpowder or other explosives to any person not in possession of a licence as prescribed under this Ordinance or under regulations made under this Ordinance.
