Cap. 41 Art. 56Security for removal of spirits from distillery to warehouse.

(1) The removal of spirits manufactured in any distillery in Malta to any place in which such spirits may be warehoused, shall be carried out in accordance with such regulations and on such security being given as the Comptroller may prescribe.

(2) Such spirits shall be accompanied by a certificate specifying the particulars thereof, and the name of the place and of the warehouse to which the same are intended to be removed.

(3) Such certificate shall moreover contain such other information, and shall be in such form, as the Comptroller shall prescribe.
