Cap. 41 Art. 83Power to enter premises of retailers and inspect spirits.

Any officer may, with the authority in writing of the

Comptroller, or, as the case may be, of the Commissioner of Police, enter at any time, either by day or by night, the premises of any retailer, and inspect, examine, and take an account of the spirits in his stock or possession, and take samples of any such spirits, paying a reasonable price for any sample so taken.
