Cap. 41 Art. 84Duty of distiller to assist officer.

Every distiller, dealer, retailer or master of a vessel must, when required by an officer, assist such officer by a sufficient number of servants in taking account of the spirits in his stock or possession or in taking samples of such spirits, and shall for any refusal or neglect so to assist, be liable to a fine (multa) not exceeding one hundred and sixteen euros and forty-seven cents (116.47).
