It shall not be lawful for any managing pharmacist to sell, allow the sale, dispensing or supply in any other way of -

(a) any imperfect, deteriorated or harmful substance;

(b) any medicinal product bearing an expiry date which has expired;

(c) food not in accordance with the provisions of the Food

Safety Act, or any regulations made thereunder: Provided that such imperfect, deteriorated or expired substances or medicinal products shall only be kept in such place and in such a manner as the Licensing Authority may from time to time by rules establish.
