Cap. 458 Art. 85Storage of medicinal products in pharmacy.

(1) It shall not be lawful for any managing pharmacist to keep anywhere within the pharmacy any medicinal product in any container or under such conditions which are not suitable to the nature thereof and which are not such as to protect it from alteration, deterioration or contamination.

(2) It shall not be lawful for any managing pharmacist to permit any medicinal product under his charge to be kept or stored outside the pharmacy under his management, and it shall be his duty to ensure that the pharmacy has the facilities to ensure that medicinal products are stored in accordance with storage recommendations: Provided that in the case where the Licensing Authority has granted a licence for the keeping or storage of medicinal products in any premises other than the pharmacy, the responsibilities of the managing pharmacist shall also apply to such premises.
