PART VI
If it appears to the Authority that anything which is prohibited or restricted or subject to a condition by or under any of the provisions of article 81 or under regulations made under this Act intended to protect natural habitats and species, is being done or carried on or has been done or carried on in contravention of any such prohibition, restriction or condition or without any permission expedient and shall also inform of the issue of such notice the persons mentioned in article 86(4), requiring such steps as may be specified in the notice, including the discontinuance of anything being done or carried on, to be taken within such time as may also be specified in the notice. The provisions of the proviso to article 86(4) shall also apply to any notice under this article.
