A notice under articles 87 and 88 is also in this Act referred to as "enforcement notice" and, unless the context otherwise requires and subject to such modifications and adaptations as may be necessary to give full effect to the provisions of those articles, wherever that expression appears in this Act it shall include a notice given under those articles.
