Cap. 601 Art. 53Concurrent criminal prosecution.

Any proceedings under this Act shall not be suspended in virtue of the institution or prosecution of any criminal action relating to any infringement, and the Accountant General, shall withhold, or proceed to recover, any sum, amount, fine or interest, or the Court shall continue to hear submissions and shall give judgement or decree, as if such criminal action was not instituted so however that any person against whom an executive act has been issued under this Part, may still have recourse to the Courts of Civil Jurisdiction.
