All licensing powers of homes for older persons in terms of article 98 of the Medical and Kindred Professions Ordinance shall, upon the coming into force of this Act, be vested in the Authority established under this Act:

Provided that any decision or licence granted under article

98 of the Medical and Kindred Professions Ordinance before the coming into force of this Act shall continue to have effect as if the decision or licence had been given under the relative provisions of this Act subject to the satisfaction of all conditions stipulated in this Act.
